This is formed by the umbrella company Actual I.T. d. d. and the companies Unistar LC d.o.o., PRO.Astec d.o.o., Itelis d.o.o., Actual I.T. d.o.o., Croatia, Actual BHd.o.o., Sarajevo and Actual I.T. doo, Belgrade. The contract was concluded under several suspensive conditions, which must be fulfilled before the purchase transaction can be carried out, namely within six months. Our focus remains on you, our customers. There will be no changes in our day-to-day operations, we will provide all our services without interruption in the future. Our strategic direction remains unchanged, together we want to become even stronger, and we will definitely succeed in the new capital environment. In this way, we will further strengthen our leading position on the Slovenian ICT market and, with important synergies, lay the foundations for further growth.
